SALVAGED FROM AN OLD CARGO SHIP IN PERFECTLY WORKING CONDITION, CAME HERE AT ATLAST AFTER A LONG JOURNEY IN THE OCEAN. IT IS A MEASURING INSTRUMENT THAT MEASURES THE ANGLE, SLOPES, AND ELEVATION OF AN OBJECT TO GRAVITY DIRECTION. THIS IS ALSO USED TO MEASURE THE HEIGHT OF (TALL) OBJECTS.
